A Premiere Active Lifestyle Community for Southwest Michigan

Coloma, Michigan: Tri-City Development Group and local business owner's Dan Crist, Rudy Quion and Bob Gomolski have finalized plans for Tuscany Hills -- 6740 Red Arrow Highway in Coloma, Michigan. The groundbreaking for Tuscany Hills has taken place and construction is under way for Southwest Michigan's Premiere Active Lifestyle Community.

Tuscany Hills is the perfect marriage of relaxed, carefree living and personal ownership. In today's fast paced world, active adults no longer want to do yard work, exterior maintenance, home improvements or shovel snow. These are the individuals Tuscany Hills will appeal to.

Tuscany Hills offers three models that feature "no steps" accessibility and will range in size from 1300 to 1900 square feet. Each ranch-style condominium has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, patio, gas-log fireplace and an attached 2-car garage. Optional upgrades, including a second story, are also available, all at an affordable price.

Attention to detail is a priority at Tuscany Hills. "Understanding the needs and desires of today's active adults is priority one. Our floor plans are carefully designed with those requirements in mind," said Developer, Dan Crist. Tuscany Hills also features many notable amenities including; walking paths, swimming pool, putting green and Club House with banquet room, fireplace, exercise room, wet bar and much more.

Among those attending the groundbreaking ceremony was State Representative John Proos. "Michigan's Great Southwest is in a great position for growth and development with projects such as this. I'm pleased that the Coloma/Watervliet area was selected for this exciting, new development," said Proos.

The 15.5 acre development will consist of 76 residential condominiums located in the scenic rolling hills of Coloma's wine country.
