The "Specs", or "Specifications" for the design and construction of Tuscany Hills are uncompromising. There will be absolutely no cutting of corners as a construction "convenience." Carpentry - Walls

  • 9' high walls in the condominiums
  • 2" x 4" framed exterior walls at 16" o.c. with 1/2" exterior sheathing
  • Diagonal bracing on all exterior walls per plan
  • 2" x 4" framed interior walls at 16" o.c. per plan
  • 2' x 6" framed plumbing walls at 16" o.c.
  • Tyvek or equal air infiltration barrier on exterior side of sheathing per plan

Millwork, Exterior and Interior Doors and Hardware
